We had a first floor single storey king room so easy access from the dedicated parking outside the room. Also patio chairs and table out of the patio doors with view of courtyard. Bed was comfy and shower was adequate. Although near highway we didn’t hear it and no sound from neighbouring room. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but it was very clean and warm. Easy 15 minute walk into town for shops and restaurants. Area very clean and felt safe walking back at night. Ok value for money.
Located near Fisherman’s Wharf, it has easy access to shopping, dining, and whale watching. The Portola Hotel & Spa is 1.6 km from the historic Cannery Row.

Plenty of space in the room including a small couch in the room , desk and chair. Tea, coffe facility. Beds were very comfortable we all had a good night's sleep. Good lighting and privacy. Iron and ironing board, toiletries on the wall.
