The views were amazing from the kitchen. The place was colourful and beautiful The jacuzzi to chill out in the afternoons was a plus and the TV room in the basement was perfect for the movie nights. We were a family of four and the place was fantastic with enough space for everyone

I didn't know there was a free breakfast, happened to see it on my way out and grabbed a sandwich and cup of coffee for the road, it was good and I was happy to discover you had it. Would have been nice if I was aware of it before hand, I might have sat and had breakfast in my room or your cafeteria.
Location was perfect for visiting CU Boulder. I walked to the physics building each morning with no problems (walk through graduate housing). There are a few nice causal restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walking to Pearl Street. As a bonus, it's a 30 minute walk to Chautauqua Park and less than 1 hour to the base of the First Flatiron! The bouldering area in the activity room was surprisingly convenient for a regular climber to get a quick workout after work. Not far from a few local climbing gyms.
The room was perfect, exactly what we needed or were looking for. The bed, in particular, was extremely good (we wished we could have taken it along with us) which provided the good sleep we needed after hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park. The coffee facilities are excellent. Bathroom is small but everything is super clean and has the required / expected items.

Cute little hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Boulder. Huge room with two large beds, a couch and kitchen area. Had a washer and dryer for guest use. Very clean and comfortable. Had nice outside area with grill. Walking path right next to hotel.
