Staff were efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle was welcome although a bit hit and miss from airport to hotel. The evening "kick back" with three free dinks and an adequate supper was very welcome. A tip for travellers without car - the public service bus to downtown San Antonio stops right outside the hotel.
