We had king suite with balcony. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable and they gave a selection of coffees every day.
The bathroom was good and the shower worked well.
The location was great, round the corner from Times Square, however you could not hear a lot of noise (I was on the 17th floor though).
I received my deposit back within 24 hours.

Great location. Comfortable room. The bedding was all very nice. Bathroom was good sized. Easy check in and friendly reception staff. I was able to arrange late check out.

A pleasant surprise was a $30 per-day drink voucher to spend at the hotel's bar or the coffee house next door.
We spent a late evening in a very nice and cozy bar on the 2nd floor.

It was a very comfortable and clean room with a great bathroom. The bed was big and the TV was big too. We were on a high floor and our view to the 9/11 memorial was amazing and breathtaking. The breakfast was included and it had a great variety and was really tasty. Overall, the hotel was really good and looked really good on the inside.
