Location was perfect, off Time Square so not hectic but also felt very safe walking around during the day and at night. Staff were great. Hotel is busy which can add to Qs at check in/reception but the busyness adds to the vibe of the hotel. Grab and go breakfast was great and so was the restaurant on site. The bed was super cmfortable too. All in all I would definitely stay here again. There was construction going on on the floor I was on but this didnt both me. All the workers were friendly and happy so again it was just part of the experience. I didnt wait longer than a few minutes for the lift at any point.
