We arrived during a blackout and were very pleased that the Mushlya Hotel in Lviv had both light and water. Even though it was very late, we were greeted by a very pleasant young man at reception who welcomed us and helped carry our luggage to the room. We went down to eat at the Mushlya Restaurant in the same building, which is open until 11 PM, with hot food orders taken until 10 PM. They accepted our order, everything was delicious, and the service was excellent.
The room was very clean, with air conditioning, a seating area, and wonderful toiletries. In the morning, since we were very tired from the road, we overslept and missed breakfast. We called the reception 20 minutes before breakfast ended to ask if we could still place an order. They accepted our order without any issues and brought scrambled eggs with tuna, syrniki, and coffee to our room.
We were thrilled with the hotel staff, who were incredibly pleasant and kind. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; we did not regret a single moment of our stay here.
