Would recommend and stay here again! Good bang for a buck. Nice room (with AC) and bathroom, everything was very clean, everybody was very friendly and attentive, processes were fast, tasty breakfast buffet with a lot of variety and a great rooftop bar with lake (sunset) view.

This is NOT a 5-star property as being advertised and shown.. It's not more than a 2 star guest house with poor amenities, very poor service, untrained and rude staff that can not speak English.
It's actually a small guest house located in downtown Mwanza .
The staff is poorly trained and lacks hospitality and manners.
The rooms are small and ACs don't work .
Upon being asked for a remote , I was rudely informed that it's not working!
Overall, advise everyone to AVOID this property as it's being misleadingly shown as a 5-star property !
