This place is a little gem , 15 mins walk from the centre of Dalyan in a quiet location, right on the riverbank . Loved having breakfast every morning on the lovely terrace , watching the boats go by , and overlooking the tombs . Levent and his family are just the best hosts , nothing is too much trouble for them . On a few days I got back to the Pensiyon early afternoon, and sunbathed on the lower terrace , and swam in the river . Then at 17.00 they serve çay ( tea ) , which was always welcomed . Really enjoyed my stay , 7 days in total . Saool Levent and staff , will definitely be back next year . Highly recommended 🫶

The location is perfect, with a 5 min walk into Dalyan Town. The rooms are spacious and clean. The whole hotel is very relaxed. The staff absolutely make this place. Cihan and his family are all so kind and cannot do enough for you. We will definitely be returning.

Luxurious and in beautiful surroundings. The staff including Guhan and the desk manager went above and beyond for our comfort. The standard of service was excellent and I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel.

The location was fantastic, with a beautiful garden and view. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, and the boat direct to Turtle Beach from the garden was a bonus. Really good value for money.
This property is located in very convenient location, a few minutes walk to the river where boats are operated. You can reach turtle beach by cooperative operated boats paying 100 Lira per person return. Dalyan Mosque/Cami is 2 minutes walk. Restaurants around are quite expensive but Kaunos Çay Bahçesi eating place (short walk along the river) operated by municipality is very good and affordable. The owner lady is very friendly and really helpful, she made nice breakfast and helped us in arranging taxi etc.,
Lovely location on the river as the name implies. About 10 mins walk from the town, it's a quiet setting. Basic villa style rooms, nice pool, good food and very helpful and friendly staff. Access to a boat meant trips to Turtle beach and Mud baths were easy to obtain.
Super friendly staff and owner who waited till the early hours until our arrival. Very generous set breakfast and fantastic decking and lounge area overlooking the water and the amazing rock tombs where the water taxi can pick you up to head over to turtle beach. Small rooms but clean and great shower facilities.

Amazing location and design, charming atmosphere thanks to the friendly owners, great homemade breakfast and pancakes, a small pier with sunbeds to swim with a view over the ancient tombs))) The taxi boat stop to go to the Turtle beach is directly by the hotel. The vibrant town center, shops and restaurants are a 5-7 walk away.
Friendly , helpful staff . Beautiful location, immaculate rooms and grounds . Great Turkish Breakfast . Pick up for boat taxi to turtle beach right outside and also jetty for feribot to Caunos ruins ( short 1km walk) . We came with older teenage children but also great for little ones ( separate baby pool) , very safe and secure . We loved our interconnecting family room too. Great Value for money
We had a very good Turkish breakfast on a terrace by the lake. Berg and his team were beyond helpful. Berg explained to us how best to get to the turtle beach and Konaus using buses and water taxi in the best possible way and drew us map explaining how to do it. We will be back as soon as we can, thank you!
