Dont go shopping on istiklal street. Try besiktas maybe.
Dont go shopping on istiklal street. Try besiktas maybe. You will find the same stuff for more than half the price. If you wanna go out. Try montreal shot bar. You'll get great music very fun people and even live music for a while also 13 shots for 17$. Rest of the clubs/bars are usually scams

This is just a place selling all the branded stuff.
This is just a place selling all the branded stuff. Nothing really impressive unless you feel you just want to throw away your money. For the same thing you can get here, there are many other places in Istanbul or in other parts of Turkey that sells at a much cheaper price

Taksim Square is the heart of Istabul.
Taksim Square is the heart of Istabul. Millions of people cross paths daily. One of the busy spots any time of the day. Watch out during late night hours as it can get a little sketchy at time. Keep your phones and wallets safe.

Excellent Shopping area, I enjoyed shopping at Decathlon...
Excellent Shopping area, I enjoyed shopping at Decathlon store here. Very nice bar and food area, extremely busy, friendly, some side bars, the ladies who stand and communicate with you for a fee, are trickier, do not trust what bill they will give you, they tried to charge me for 10 glass of water I drank for dehydration, but with argument they were reasonable to not charge for water, argument was they had not told me glass of water costs and it was they who kept coming round and filling my glass, tricksters, desperate for biz.

Provided good service (handle luggage, show rooms in details) & do not accept tips
Friendly staff/owner give genuine information on restaurant, places of interest
Extra service, owner walked with us to Taksim Square to guide us buy bus tickets to Cappadocia - not just give the direction, we feel embarrassed for their extra service.
Feel very comfortable, 100% recommended.
We were surprised and doubt when Uber can't find the hotel but it's a strategic location, easy to go to Taksim & around
It's a 10-minute stroll to the ICC, and a 15-minute stroll to Taksim Square.
The food in the restaurant was well thought out and good value for a 5-star hotel. When sitting outside for food, friendly cats wander around and Shisha is available for a leisurely sit by the pool.
The rooms were spacious, the beds large, the shower facilities excellent, and everything was clean. The room was cleaned daily, and water and snacks were replenished.
Best hotel ever in Istanbul. Perfect location which near to Taksim Square, eateries, and public transport. Easy to go anywhere. Not hard to find the hotel. Clean hotel, good breakfast, spacious room and very comfortable. Nice and helpful staffs. Sure will stay here again if I come to Istanbul again. Totally satisfied 👍👍👍👍👍
The staff was very polite, hotel was very clean. Location is behind Istiklal street and next to Taksim square. That's very convenient because you're next to bus and Metro station as long as taxi station. I've heard that maybe it would be a little bit loud in this area but we didn't have any problem with that as long as we had the window closed. I surely recommend it.
Everything was great!!Vardar palace hotel made our stay so pleasant. All of the staff was so polite, friendly and helpful.Especially mr.Tolga was really kind and help us with everything.Such a clean hotel and right in the heart of Taksim square,a suitable option as it’s close enough to Taksim square and to metro and bus stations.I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Istanbul!
The property was great. The common areas and the apartment were spotlessly clean and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and so helpful.
The property is a 15 minute walk to Taksim square so is a perfect location for getting out every day to explore Istanbul.
The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was exceptional, spacious, clean, new, with all the necessary things for a stay. The staff is extremely friendly and always at your service. The apartment is cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The hotel is on the boulevard, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, it is a 5-minute walk from Istiklal Street, and 10 minutes from Taksim Square. There is a large, secure garage under the property.
a lovely little hotel in a central location a stones throw from taksim square, in a reasonably quiet side street near an orthodox church. my room was very tastefully refurbished, respecting the original art nouveau style of the hotel. a special shoutout to the staff: the lovely lady at the reception did not forget to send my postcards the day after my departure (all post offices are closed on weekends and i could not find a public mailbox in istanbul, so i asked the staff to help and they delivered).
The location of the hotel is central; close to many small restaurants, shopping, and Taksim Square. Nice walking areas around, we found a nice park and walked to Dolmabahce Palace. The staff was friendly and helpful. What I preferred was the quietness of the area. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Istanbul.
