I recently revisited New Park Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience this time was quite different from my previous stay. During my last visit, the service was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding efforts of the guest relations manager, Ayday. Her dedication to ensuring every guest had a top-notch experience was evident, as she consistently checked in on us and proactively improved our stay.
This time, however, Ayday was notably absent. I don't know where she is, but her absence was felt throughout my stay. The level of service has noticeably dropped without her. The staff seemed less attentive, and the personalized touch that Ayday provided was sorely missed.
Ayday was instrumental in making guests happy, and it is evident that her presence greatly enhanced the overall quality of the hotel's service. I strongly urge New Park Hotel to bring her back, as she played a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that guests have come to expect.
Until then, I am hesitant to recommend New Park Hotel as enthusiastically as I once did, unless they can restore the level of service excellence that Ayday so expertly delivered.

The location of the hotel is quite good for foreign tourists, who wishes look at central ancient part of Ankara. The hotel is situated near Ulus metro station. You can reach Ankara castle and the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations by your feet in 30-40 minutes.
The room had heating radiators. It was warm inside the room during snow cold days. We liked it very much in the hotel.
One more important thing in this accommodation - cleanliness of bed and the room itself.
The breakfast was also good with a good choice of different foods.
Perfectly located with parking near to the old city and the Museum of Anatolian civilization. The hotel is a converted caravanserai with rooms that could even accommodate our family of five. Very charming and incredibly helpful and kind staff. Highly recommended.
Location, location, location. Situated opposite the citadel and within 3-4 minutes walk of the Museum of Anatolian Civilization. It would be hard to find a better location. Attractive design and furnishings with the sleeping rooms leading off an open mezzanine. Big room with double bed and sofa. Very comfortable bed with feather pillows and duvet. Nice Moulton Brown bathroom toiletries. Big bathroom with tub and shower. 10% discount at the in-house restaurant.
Location was very good for visiting Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. Our experience started with very pleasant taxi drive from Ankara airport around midnight and easy check in at the hotel. Room was very comfortable, very nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area.
