Cosy, cute, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff was warm, helpful and accommodating. They were super kind to allow us an early check-in (after our red eye flight). The location is a close walking distance to many of the city's key attractions, and the breakfast served was very good.

Lets start with the fact that it's the perfect value price-quality ratio hotel. It's an economic, extremely safe city gem, situated in the heart of Izmir, in Konak, just a throw away from the KulturPark, 7-10 min walking to Basmane Metro station and also walking distance to the Waterfront with cafes, restaurants and museums and even ancient town Smyrna ruins. Rooms are basic but spotless clean, spacious and big sized, beds and pillows are super comfortable.
The most incredible part is the host, Cemal Bey - a warmhearted, hard working and great company for any conversation. He was available 24/7 to serve us from ordering best food for us to recommending what to see and where to go and most importantly, keeping and assisting with the park space. I can't wait to go back even just to meet the amazing hosts again.

The location was excellent, close to the harbour and to the main district of izmir. The room was cosy, the bed comfortable, and included a kitchenette and fridge, and a clean bathroom.
Great location, great view of the harbour. Staff were all excellent ... friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was of very high quality. Lots of restaurants nearby and the old part of town can still be reached with a bit of walking. Also quiet at night, so nothing to disturb your sleep. No problems with wifi. Overall, Izmir is a fantastic place (especially for the day trips out of town), and we're glad we didn't just stay in Istanbul ... weather was also much better in Izmir!
Fantastic view even a 3rd floor room overlooking both harbour and city; great location, alongside the Konak Pier centre with plenty of good restaurants and bars. Elegant, if rather dark and gloomy, styling; good breakfast buffet, and decent small gym.
The area is great, you can easily access busy shopping and eating areas by just couple of minutes walk, the harbour is just around the corner and you can walk around with nice scenic view of all Izmir. Room was very well cleaned every day without a single fault and always resupplied with essentials.
We stayed in the penthouse and the room was beautiful. The furniture and decor were gorgeous. The best part was the terrace with a beautiful view over Izmir harbour. Ozlem was very helpful in giving us clear instructions on how to get to the property, tips on where to go to eat in Izmir and even booking us a taxi for the next morning. Definitely recommend.
The rooms and beds were large and comfortable, but the rooms with sea-view need to be relativated... it is a view of the containership harbour which anyone can do without. The breakfast was excellent and on average the dinner menu was fine. The Friday dinner buffet was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and flexible.
Wonderful location, beautiful room, I really liked having breakfast in the top floor dining room looking over the harbour. Extremely charming staff. One of my hotels of choice in Izmir!
The hotel is very close to the sea and the buzzing streets on the harbour in the middle of Konak.
