I had a booking at 74 museum hotel in Anthalya made on booking.com, confirmed and paid. The hotel was closed upon arrival and nobody answered the phone, messages whatsoever. As I discovered on google maps, that hotel was temporarily closed. I contacted customer service and one week later, somebody called me to tell me that it will take them another 5 days to get me refunded. This was not acceptable, since I had to pay for another hotel at 3am in the middle of the night. I still haven’t been refunded or compensated in any way!!!! This was a total scam!

Concierge extremely professional quick registration and taken to your room they upgraded me and there was complementary wine,fruit and sweet. The hotel itself has a class of its own.
