Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

Excellent place to stay. The room was comfy, spacious and spotless with nice furniture and crisp bed sheet and a fantastic sea view balcony. The staff, especiially the friendly and lovely Hiba at the front desk was very nice, helpful and professional . The vibes were great and the food was superb with a huge variety of options and the service was excellent and fast. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

The resort was on a huge area of land with lots to do. We were really impressed with the food, selection and variety. Customer service was great they were attentive to our needs. We weren’t sure if we could use the restaurant in the hotel next door which shared the facilities.
