The hotel is very beautiful, the pool is mind-blowing. We arrived at the hotel at 09:30 in the morning and were immediately checked in, although we should check in from 14:00, you will not find this even in hotels in Europe. The staff is always smiling and makes sure that everyone is happy. Any request is resolved immediately. For me, this is the best hotel in Chaweng in terms of price and quality. Beach....beautiful, with clear water.

Staff is absolutely amazing! Helpful, humble and always greeting you with a smile. The hotel room was clean, spacious and came with free coffee, kettle, toaster and smart-tv. Schampoo and shower gel was refilled every day. Very good location and close to everything - beach, restaurants, night market and beach. Lovely mountain view from the balcony. Loved the place so much we decided to extend our stay for another few nights!

The staff were so lovely, especially Parm (the egg man!) Tukta, and the men who help at the road crossing. The grounds were kept very clean and there was always someone tending to the grass and floral areas. The location was great for me and I’m guessing the same for the families there too, as it’s far enough out of the busy central bit of Lamai to be quiet, but not too far and is easily within walking distance to the main strip.
