Pool is massive, but closed at 8pm
Staff was very helpful, I had a dispute with the taxi driver, he became a bit aggressive, the staff at lobby spotted it and actively approach us, offered help to translate and sort out problem.
Location is close to the Royal Phuket Marina, which is where a lot of island tour depart from, so it's easy to join tour.
