The owner is extremely kind, friendly and a very interesting person! Also, he generously let me borrow one of his scooters to get dinner. There is a small swimming pool to freshen up from the heat. The surrounding is quiet, ideal for a good nights sleep.

I’ve stayed at this property a lot over the years and it’s always been enjoyable and pleasant. A lot of restaurants around and close enough to Nai Harn beach if you have a scooter or car
Big swimming pool, Ya Nui beach is just couple of min walking, can take a bicycle to get to Nai Harn beach or Rawai. Good European breakfast, free bar with beverages and popcorn during the day. Staff is very nice snd helpful.
Apartment was clean, modern and had everything needed for a short, medium or even longer term stay. Apartment complex is safe and well maintained. Host was friendly and responded to any messages efficiently. Plenty of parking available and 7/11, bars and restaurants within walking distance plus Nai Harn beach 5 minute drive away
Nice place with two pools, very close to a great vegan restaurant! With a motorbike you can easily go to Nai Harn beach and many other great places in Rawai ! We had a good time there and give our thumbs up for the sweet calico cat Manee who lives there ! She was the highlight of our stay !
Location was very quiet but central to get to shops and Rawaii beach, a short distance from Nai Harn Beach. The roof terrace and pool was a surprising plus! Genesis Villas provided the space and comfort we all needed for our party. Highly recommend 👌
The hotel has a great location, the staff was very friendly and the pool area was amazing.
The design is a little dated, yet I felt it gave the hotel some charm. The bath in the room was great, really enjoyed it in a rainy day.
The breakfast was good, not a lot of vegetarian options (but it's the same in old the hotel we stayed in Thailand).
The hotel offers free transfer to nai harn beach, which is amazing.
Lovely, clean and spacious apartment in a very quiet location with an easy walk to Rawai town and Nai Harn beach. Enjoyed my stay and hope to be back again soon.
The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, the resort is very green and well organized, very good for relaxing. Even the sea is not for swimming, it is good for walking and nice view, also hotel provides shuttle to Nai Harn beach. Breakfast was good, also very good room service.
