The elevated location was quite nice, the pools were pleasant. Close to beaches although not quite walking distance, we booked because of a very generous genius discount feeling safe that it would still be reasonable level because of the 5-star rating (it wasn't) and the general lack of co-ordination and effort by staff was woeful. IE three people standing behind the pool bar but had to walk up to get their attention each time service was required.

The hotel has quite a lot of facilities and activities (gym, water slide, water scooters, ice cream parlour, games parlour, movie room, pool table etc), with happy hours and live music in the evening.
The location is also good as it was a walkable distance from the beach.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

Nice area, but I am not a beach person so I can't really judge. But lots of people were enjoying the beach and sunbathing. Plenty of chairs and shade. Plenty of food and drink options. Awesome sunsets.

Clean sandy treelined beach with local stalls selling various food and drinks. Sun beds and chairs/loungers available to hire. There are a couple of beach bars at one end but lacks cafes and bars. Not much happening once the sun goes down as local area lacks decent bars and restaurants outside of hotels. Most of Surins nightlife is focused along the busy main road. We had intended to stay 4 nights but left after two.

The beach was not so nice - lots of plastic and junk. The ocean was quite rough the days we were there and even when the weather was better it was not such an inviting beach. Some of the resorts are up a big hill. Outrigger was positioned well to access the shops and the beach. It was a 400 b ride in a Tok Tok to Patong each way.

Not crowded and very clean beach in Phuket lined with casuarina trees. Crystal clear water, beautiful white sand, big waves, attentive locals selling delicious food & drinks, short ride ( about 15-20 minutes from Patong), it s by far one of our favorite beaches in Phuket.

I think it is the nicest beach in Phuket, Not too crowded, very cozy, good size, great for Snorkelling around the rocks. and bonus inside tip, there is a private beach right around the corner which is not very easily accessible which you can swim to.
The water is crystal clear and perfect temperature.

It’s a nice little apartment in a good location but the cleaning of both the apartment and the public areas needed to be more thorough. Surin beach is fine, lots of little restaurants, crystal sea, clean. Bang Tao beach a short tuk tuk ride away is also beautiful. Surin is great for sunsets.

Clean and comfy apartment just minutes away from Surin beach. Accommodation has all the basics one would need during a trip, all the amenities I needed were there. Particularly loved a spacious bathroom and a balcony facing the sea. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist, providing a smooth check in/ checkout as well as the overall stay. Highly recommend.

with only 15 rooms the hotel was quiet and felt luxurious. The hosts were very friendly and always happy to help.

Nice big pool that is open 24hrs, which the rooms all overlook. The rooms were comfortable, with private outdoor seating and access to the pool. The breakfast was great and the hotels off-site restaurants were really good. The hotel seems to attract some of Phukets more respectful guests so it was surprisingly peaceful.
The hotel is very close to the beach, provides beach towels which you can change every day infinitely. Room is spacious, daily cleaning is almost perfect.
Breakfasts are nice, main course is changed daily. A bottle of water for a person is provided daily.
The room has a kettle, mugs, coffee and tea.
The view !!! The peaceful constant sound of waves, the accessibility to Surin beach which is a sereine peace of nature.

The direct access to Tukta Food&Drink located a few step from the hotel which serves fresh seafood.
Great location, very closed to the best beach in whole Phuket -Surin Beach, 7/11 across the rd, madame restaurant should be next door, trouble is they put me at the back of it

Peaceful and quite villas just 7 minutes from the Surin beach. There is a Thai restaurant nearby, laundry, massage. Swimming pool helps a lot in a hot sunny days. Muay Thai camp is just behind these houses, it interesting to watch their workouts.
The hotel is beautiful. Everything looks new and very well decorated, the ambience is very cozy and chic. The room was impeccable, however you could hear some noise from the other rooms.
Food also good in the hotel restaurant.
Clean, beautiful place to stay, magical view, private beach to the residence. Ms. Nut in the reception very sweet, the resort lucky to have her.
Also, Spa is very nice and neet, I recommend Bubby and Chen.
