Prior to our arrival, the hotel sent a survey to customize our stay according to our preferences, and it truly made our experience special. Each night, housekeeping would leave delightful treats in our room during their evening visit to tidy up.
The hotel staff were outstanding, recognizing us by name and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. Relaxing by the pool was a treat, with complimentary fruits and fresh juices served to us regularly.
In the evenings, we enjoyed chilling in the lobby, where a live band played fabulous songs, creating a perfect ambiance to unwind. Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we will definitely choose Siam Kempinski Hotel for all our future trips to Bangkok. Highly recommended!
