The hotel is a boutique hotel in the old town area. Rooms have a nice touch of Lanna architecture which we loved. Nice timber detail and timber doors opening to a small balcony with an outdoor setting overlooking the pool downstairs and mountain views. We loved the large very comfy beds and very modern bathroom which was extra large and had doors opening to a balcony if you chose to open it!!
We loved the drinks and little cookies with cool drink and Tea and coffee set up poolside as soon as you enter. So welcoming after a hot day out.
The hotel is located in a quiet secure side street 6 mins by taxi from the airport. We walked to the main road to the restaurants and the temples. Dont forget to take the hotel card with you as you head out. Don’t miss Wat Jet Lin Temple which is just around the corner and has a peaceful garden with a canal where you can feed the fish and turtles (purchase feed with your coins). A real oasis three minutes away from the hotel.
We also walked to Wat Chedi Luang at night after dinner (open till 10pm) and there was no one around. It was lit up. It was a whole different experience. All walking distance from the hotel and we felt very safe at night.
There are tuk tuks which invariably drive past the hotel so very easy to get transport as well.
The reception staff are very helpful with booking tours. The breakfast buffet has an egg station where you can order your selection of eggs cooked to your preference. Couldn’t fault anything during our stay here. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Great place to stay, it's pretty much on the main road but so quiet at night which is perfect.

A lovely oasis in which to start and end the day with a nice pool to relax in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to organise taxis and trips, and they do transfers from and to the airport.

A peaceful boutique hotel with a really comfortable bed. Good advice given for finding a cooking class at which I had a great time. The hotel is well located near Chiang Mai gate with the night bazaar only a 20 minute walk away. A good laundry service is provided too at affordable rates with same day return for laundry deposited in the morning. The staff provided a faultless service and I will definitely return.
Very good location in the old town. Close to temples and nightlife areas. Beautiful swimming pool free of charge which I could use as a hotel guest. Morning marketplace at the south old town gate (Chiang Mai gate) was also quite close in walking distance, highly recommendable for cheap food, fruit etc.
Super conveniently located near the southern Chiang Mai Gate, most areas of interest were w/i a 30-minute walking distance and CNX was a short 10-minute Grab ride. Appreciated the clean room and truly enjoyed sleeping in the comfy bed. I really liked this accommodation so much that, when I decided to extend my Chiang Mai stay, I checked here first to see if there was availability and, thankfully, they did!
