The hotel boasts an excellent location right in front of the beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly and resourceful. When we encountered a problem with our room in the middle of the night due to a disruptive neighbor, the staff promptly assisted us in moving to another room. Their quick and helpful response made a significant difference in our stay, if it wasn’t for their attention I’d give the hotel a 2 stars review.

We were offered an upgrade to a sea view room, but due to privacy concerns, we opted to stick with the room with a private pool that we originally booked. We loved the chilled vibes of Tembo, the pool area and beach were incredible. The staff were all so lovely and friendly. The cocktails were so yum and great that they had 2-4-1 during happy hour. The cats were very sweet. The beds were very comfy and the hotel is really nicely decorated. The spa was excellent.
