Me and my husband recently spent ten unforgettable days at U Samui in Koh Samui, and I can honestly say it was the most magical experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of tranquility and warmth that we desperately needed.
The hotel itself is an oasis of beauty and relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed, with stunning views of the ocean and lush pool and garden. Every morning, I woke up to the gentle sound of the waves and a breathtaking sunrise, which set the perfect tone for each day.
The staff at U Samui went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality was genuine, and they always greeted us with a smile, ready to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging a local tour, recommending a restaurant, or simply providing an answer to our, questions, they made us feel like cherished guests.

Everything! It was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand, it was complete with everything we needed. The breakfast was brought into our room during the morning and when we had early morning day tours, they prepared it for takeaway instead so we don’t get hungry. Can’t recommend the customer service enough, they were friendly and the room service was one of the best thai food ☺️ the location is a little bit out of the main spot in Samui but didn’t matter as you can rent a moped through them! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
