It was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was really beautiful inside and the staff was super helpful. They recommended a great dinner place nearby and it was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable and softest we had experienced while on our European vacation. The front-desk staff were very helpful and informative and went beyond to make our stay fantastic. The mirror bar (one of the top cocktail bars in the world) was beautiful, and the drinks were delicious, truly a remarkable and memorable experience. The location was great, and it was easy to take Bolt/Ubers to and from the hotel.

The hotel was awesome! Great location, super central to all the sights we wanted to see. Bed was comfortable, great shower and breakfast each morning was delicious! The staff was super helpful as well. Shout out to David for helping us book our tickets on the train to Czech Republic. Would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend the hotel!

The bar counter was good, had lot of good options, the beds were good , i felt little small for two people, the washrooms, the lobby were good. This place is just walk away from the main square, good transport connectivity. A very good place to stay for sure
The location was excellent. Walkable distance to everything. Right in the main square where tours would start. Breakfast spread was amazing with A la carte options. Toiletries were provided and also iron and ironing board and kettle in the room. Staff were very warm and welcoming and would come and talk to you.
Fantastic central location to the main square and Christmas market. It has light blocking blinds so it stayed dark which was nice for sleep! Very quiet and conveniently located to great restaurants!

Well located between the centre and the city outskirts, 20 mins walking from the main square. We had connecting rooms and so a lot of space. Nice breakfast with a wide variety of food, we especially enjoyed the waffles and apfelstrüdel. We had a nice view over the city.
Wow! The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Literally steps away from the main square in the old town and walking distance to the bus station. The staff were super friendly and my room was really nice! I even got to check-in early. The restaurant at the bottom is one of the top rated ones in Bratislava. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
Really nice room with nice view, the girls at the reception were lovely and helpful. A lot of options for breakfast, and the location was perfect, right between the train station and the main square.
Staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent, and we liked the sauna/jacuzzi very much! It's very close to the city centre, we were able to walk to the main square without a problem. Overall, totally recommended!
