- Air conditioning does not work: The room's air conditioning was broken. The unhelpful blonde receptionist arrogantly explained that it can only cool or heat by 5 degrees. Ridiculous and unacceptable.
- Wrong room: We got a different room than booked. Receptionist Mitja wanted to charge extra for a double bed. After refusing, we reluctantly got the right room. This mistake and ignorance were unacceptable.
- Terrible noise: The room faced a busy road, with trucks, trains, and cars keeping us awake. The air conditioning didn't work, leaving us in unbearable heat. Mitja offered no solution.
- No sound insulation: We heard TVs, music, and even sex from neighboring rooms late into the night. Unacceptable! No apology or remedy from Mitja or the blonde receptionist.
- Relocation for a fee: To change rooms due to noise and broken air conditioning, we had to pay 5 € for a forest-facing room and another 20 € for cleaning. Shockingly unprofessional. Mitja's unhelpful attitude continued, denying further moves without fees.
- Unfriendly staff: Arrogant staff never apologized. When moving rooms, access cards were set wrong. Mitja repeatedly set them incorrectly. Incomprehensible and ignorant.
- Uncomfortable beds and pillows: Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, not meeting four-star standards. - Complaints were ignored by staff, especially Mitja.
- Unhelpful café/bar staff: Café and bar staff ignored guests on the terrace, refusing to serve outside. When ordering at the bar, they lazily said they'd bring it out. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
- Air conditioning in the second room: Even in the second room, air conditioning didn't work. Maintenance visited but didn't fix it. I had to convince them it wasn't cooling. Only after insisting did they fix it. Not suitable for a four-star hotel.
