It's always the people who make the difference and the two who looked after us during our stay could not have been better. Warm and welcoming it was like staying with friends and yet there was always professionalism and attention to detail. Whilst our quite spacious 'small' room may not have had quite the style of the public areas it was nevertheless very comfortable. The team took a pride in offering food and drink of a high quality with some interesting and unusual offerings and yet it all felt comfortable and not at all pretentious. A great location and we were comfortable leaving the motorbike in their car park.

The location was good as we could walk to restaurants. It was quiet and away from busy highway. We stayed 2 nights and the first night we were the only guests. It was off season and the weather was rainy. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice.

Very comfortable, nice room with balcony - views of the mountains! The restaurant is amazing! Dinner and wine were so outstanding that we ate there 2 nights! Very nice breakfast with good selection! Family run hotel - everyone was very accommodating and helpful! Deserves more than 3 stars! Will definitely return!
