Our hostess, Tanja, was very kind and welcoming. Before you book this, realize its a 1.5km long ascent outside of Podbrdo (we were walking the Juliana Trail and this last extra climb was tough). It has a pretty view - because of its lofty location and was full the night of our stay.
Apartment and Garden house among the mountains is set in Podbrdo. The property features mountain views and is 37 mi from Ljubljana. Bohinj is 16 mi away.

Roman and his wife Sonia are wonderful hosts. Roman drove us to the local restaurant so we could have dinner after a day of hiking the Juliana trail. They made us breakfast and Roman caught up to us on the trail to return a forgotten item. Service above and beyond!!! This is a cute little cabin in a lovely location, peaceful and quiet. The hosts have considered all the needs of their guest. I highly recommend this guest cabin. I wish I had booked a second night!
