We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the 26th floor with a view of Gardens by the Bay, despite only booking a deluxe room and not requesting an upgrade. It was a generous gesture from the staff, and we enjoyed watching the light show in Gardens by the Bay from our room.
The staff were always helpful and polite.
One day at Origin+Bloom café, we were accidentally overcharged for a muffin and didn't notice it. The staff went out of their way to find us and reimburse the amount, which was very thoughtful.
We loved the infinity pool and the observatory tower, both of which are fantastic perks of staying at the resort.
The proximity to the airport and top tourist locations was a plus.
Overall, our experience at MBS was amazing.

Very nicely decorated hotel and rooms in a part of Singapore we have not stayed before. While it is not in the centre of Singapore, it was only a $15 taxi fare (15 mins) to Orchard Rd shopping, and the area had a lot of character. The staff were generally excellent. The rooms were nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower and other room facilities were very good - lots of room. The area was nice with a shopping mall adjacent and many good restaurants in the street outside. The infinity pool on the room and the roof terrace were both good. We were very comfortable at this hotel.
