Even though the hotel, didn’t have a proper Gym , mislead by the swimming pool , and bad food experience
I should admit that the staff was one of the best staff ever seen in Saudi , very helpful, trying their best to overcome the other bad things the Hotel have , I would mention Miss Asmaa, she tried to call and follow up for each note or feedback .

Being an industrial area you'd expect the place to be less active, but a visit to Al Fanateer area and the beach would make it worthy..
Many shopping malls to visit, the weather is hot and humid in summer being majorly coastal area, but pleasant in winter.

Fanateer beach and nearby areas are very clean and good for visiting. The views of the industrial city at night are really mesmerizing. Overall the city is silent at night with less activity except at the Fanateer area, where you can find everything from beaches to corniche to mall and restaurants and hotels. Cleanliness is very good in this area.

It was a pleasant trip, I enjoyed visiting my friend's family, the hotel was excellent and the reception staff at the top of the class and attention, especially the Young Sudanese Nizar, although I apologized to the hotel for not attending, their treatment was very professional.
Anyone who wants to visit Jubail city has been recommended to book in The First Tower for its proximity to services and entertainment venues.

Al Jubail exceeded our expectations, especially the Jubail industrial city. There are many places to visit, different kind of waterfronts which was amazing and well maintained.
Many shops were closed in the streets, even though it mentioned it was opened on Google maps.
The distance from Jubail old town to the industrial city is around 20 mins, which was fine by me, but if you want to avoid that book a hotel within the industrial city.
Starting from Mr Mohammad (the manager), the entire staff was very courteous, polite, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was good, you have the normal stuff as in buffets. Foul/bread/eggs, etc. For me personally, they are all that I need. Room service was prompt and my daughter liked the spaghetti that she ordered. The location is beach facing (Fanateer beach being around 2-3 minutes walk). You have Sparkys & a bowling center next to it. You can park in the front and also inside. I would definitely recommend the hotel
I would like to thank the young Sudanese Nizar
He was a very nice and humble person
He provided a great service that deserves praise and appreciation for the respect and support that did not stop throughout our stay.
He helped us rent parking lots and relieved us of much suffering. 👏🏼💛
Also his Indian colleague who works in the second shift was helpful and friendly in dealing. 💛
I thank all the hotel staff, from the reception to the room service for the outstanding service.
Thank you all 🌹
Excellent staff and customer service. It is like a home away from home. Very polite and helpful staff no matter if reception, restaurant, or room service. Breakfast and lunch are 100% healthy and fresh. The staff at the reception desk is amazing, bilingual therefore no issue communicating in English. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit Jubail must stay at the Holiday inn Jubail Hotel.
I loved the say at Intercontinental Jubail, the staff at the reception Mr. Abdulrahman was outstanding in her service, treated the guest with utmost care and ensured things were comfortable from check-in to check-out. The support from the bell-boys, the sumptuous breakfast and dining-staff there too was superb. I will highly recommend this hotel for business and for weekends with family.
My stay in this hotel was too bad because the room was not properly maintained, a single floor mat is not available on the floor , no programs on the TV, even the TV remote is out of battery, no water kettle, no iron box, lot of other issues as well. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
Mr Hisham and Mr Raza at the reception are the best. They made my day, great staff. I booked initially for 5 days ended staying 55 days. Value for money and comfortable stay compared to other hotels in the area.
not good at all . location on booking.com is totally different took me 1 hour extra to reach hotel. hotel staff not supportive at all. totally unacceptable and disappointed.
the place is neat and the service was high standard hopefully they keep the quality as the same the hotel is Just 3 month new and wish them all the best
