This is perhaps one of the top ten hotels in Bucharest and in a great location to enjoy the wonderful city. Its not the first time I've stayed at the Radisson and we were not disappointed (apart from the issue below). Staff were amazing - reception, bar, restaurants giving such a high level of customer service. Breakfast was simply gorgeous with a huge variety on offer, well laid out and within the beautiful restaurant area. We were upgraded to an Executive Room with Lounge access which was an unexpected but lovely surprise. The room was spacious, fantastic bathroom and very comfortable bed/pillows. Getting taxi's from the hotel is really easy using the booking machine in the lobby. An ATM is also available in the lobby. Altogether, a luxury hotel in the heart of the city with some really high quality touches.

Everything about the interior is stylish, properly done and close to mint condition. I had a noise complaint and was relocated to another apartment the day after. Availability of the personnel, mostly through well guided WhatsApp bots, was well organised and super helpful. Location couldn’t be better, with Cismigiu Park some 100m away and Izvor Metro station a 10 min walk. I really enjoyed the place in every aspect.
