We stayed here one night in June 2024 in a junior suite.
The hotel is located in a quiet street in the centre of town. It has its own parking and has 31 rooms divided over 5 floors with an elevator. The junior suite is great: very spacious with a separate toilet and attached to the bedroom another shower cabin and a large bathtub. Unfortunately not a second sink.
The main bathroom is small with only one sink. The room has airconditioning, a minibar and a watercooker. There is even a second pull-down bed for 2 people. The windows can be opened and WiFi is very good. The bed is too hard (it feels like sleeping on the floor) and both showers are disappointing (low water pressure). Lighting is very good but it takes some time to find out how everything works. Despite the help from Reception we were not able to switch on the aircondition.
Dinner in the restaurant was very nice, excellent value for money and perfect service. Breakfast is simple (no fruit).
All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Central location in Gura Humorului. The hotel is a mixture of classy and communist, although great efforts were clearly made to transform a relic it into a really good location, a strong flavor of "authenticity" remains... Well, this may be appealing in its own nostalgic way.
GREAT value for the cost, staff was fantastic, room was above my expectations (but I have to admit that my expectations were really low...).
Food was good (breakfast in the range of an average 3 stars hotel, "corporate" dinners a bit monotonous, but the one dinner we had on our own in the restaurant was really good).
The parking was full most of the time but there were a few additional spaces in a side parking.

One of the best stays, I absolutely recommend:
- everything new and spotless clean, spacious rooms
- very nice hosts, family owned business, you can see the attention to details from good quality towels to very comfortable mattress, they are happy to help in every matter
- nice playground

- the neighbours have ducks and rooster and you can hear them in the morning singing, very rustic experience
- walking distance from Humor Monastery and 10 min by car from Voronet Monastery
- just across the street a mini Market (Doi Pasi)
A very pleasant, quiet and peaceful place. Comfortable, spacious rooms, large beds, fridge and balcony overlooking the mountains. Delicious food, and the service so nice that you feel at home. Very close to the Humor Monastery, and also not far from the other painted monasteries. We will surely come back one day!
