I was arriving a bit after 2pm and wanted to have lunch. In the restaurant I was told that there was organized a special table and they have to ask if possible to eat. After few minutes someone came back telling me that soups are not ready amd they can offer only a grilled chicken breast with something nearby and a salad.
I had the feeling of being in a wrong place.
For me it is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel with a restaurant. For sure I will not come there again.
