We really enjoyed the overall experience and Luis was wonderful when we checked in. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed with a balcony which was nice to be able to sit out in the morning and evening. The acceptance of our dog was great and she had ample space to walk in the grounds area.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and attentive throughout the resort, the entertainment staff are fantastic - Noah still misses his "amigos". The rooms are clean and comfortable. The All inclusive option was perfect. Very clean and neat around the pool and bar area. Staff sanitized and mopped every evening and morning I noticed. Nice, peaceful and calm relaxation in the sun. Breakfast and buffet were amazing with a huge variety of options. The drinks were pretty good. The gym facility is small but has everything you need for a good workout. The Spa area was very clean and it included an sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool which was practically empty. Did a couples massage and facial which felt amazing. Can't beat the price! Already planning my trip to come back here.

Great location for our month long stay in Tavira. Walkable to restaurants and attractions and only a 12 minute walk to Porta Nova or Tavira train stations if you want to take day trips to explore the Algarve. 5 minutes from bus station. Jaquelina is a fabulous host and was quick to respond to any questions. Excellent patio.
