We have had a good time at Ventozelo as a family. Both the reception and restaurant staff were great - very welcoming and friendly. The location of quinta is simply unbeatable - it's hard to find more beautiful views around Douro. The facilities are great and well maintained, from house interior to public places. Also, we had a great time during our Jeep tour and nice wine tasting. Definitely a recommended place.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with home made marmalade. Enjoy the breakfast on the terrace!!! The hotel is right next to Douro river with amazing views.
Tua is smaller than Pinhao but much more cosier. You can visit Pinhao by boat and/or train.

The hosts are really very nice and were very helpful with our arrival and departure. We are very grateful to them for this. 💖
We were served a delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed local oranges juice and delicious bread while enjoying the view.
We could also imagine that it would be very nice to host an event like a wedding there.
Despite the warm temperatures, the rooms were very comfortable thanks to the great stone walls (we didn't need to use the air conditioning ;) ).
