We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer than one night. The suite was spacious and fabulous. Everything was very modern and clean and we had an extremely large bathroom 'suite'. There was plenty of space for everything. We had complimentary fruit on arrival. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. I thought I had lost my passport whilst unpacking and one of the staff spent a lot of time helping me to find it with very good grace. The breakfast was very good. I didn't use all the facilities. I wasn't expecting them as I thought the hotel was 3* but it really was of 4* calibre as far as I was concerned.

Location might be hard to reach if you are tired from walking a long distance. Recommend you to take a taxi or funicular to get there.
Room is very compact and well equipped.
All facilities are also really good to use.
Washing machine and dryer is available for a couple of euros.
Balconies are connected with all rooms.
Kitchen is well equipped with microwave and oven as well.
Not that big, but enough for cooking the dinner.
Have a Chilling time near the Santa Luzia sanctuary when the sun goes down, it will be great.
