Great location, beautiful views right in the heart of Sintra & right by the Hop-on-Hop- off bus. The room appeared dated but was roomy, high ceilings, window seating. Breakfast was great and I was able to actually get milk for tea and coffee unlike the rooms.

Lovely property in a beautiful part of Portugal. Good location, within a 10 minute walk of the main part of Sintra old town, and walking distance to Quinta da Regaleira. We had a great stay for a couple of nights. I would stay here again if I was visiting Sintra.

We were upgraded to the Lord Byron suite which had a spacious, charming sitting room with a balcony and great views. The location at one end of the main street in the old, upper village was a perfect place from which to walk to the Quinta da Regaleira and for the wooded trail hike up past the Castelo da Mours and on to Pena Palace. The breakfast buffet offerings the day of our stay were limited however we had options off an a la carte menu which were very well prepared and nicely served.

The palace where the hotel is located is amazing with great history value, there are many beautiful items and paintings from the past times. Very close to the Quinta da Regaleira. Good breakfast. Great SPA.
