The view from the hotel is fantastic. You’ll see the Ponte 25 de April, the statue of Christ in the distance, all the shipping traffic on the river and planes headed for the airport. There’s never a dull moment.m! The rooftop terrace offers all of the above but is also a great place to read a book, do some work, enjoy a drink or soak up the sun. The selection of dishes on offer at breakfast is fantastic.

The hotel was fitted out to a really high standard. The perfect place to recline after a ling journey! Staff were friendly - offering recommendations about what to have for breakfast and looking after my bag for the day after checking out. The pool looked lovely and I was a bit gutted I didn't get chance for a dip before checking out!
