Exceptional service from the time I stepped through the doors. Helpful concierge and the restaurant/breakfast set up was also delcisious with many options to choose from. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. They use sustainable shampoo/conditoner and soaps wich i appreciated.

We have just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay at the Monte Belvedere Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon. We walked around the city from the hotel by day, and by night it's perfect for a large range of wonderful restaurants, bars and viewpoints.
The room was great, with a super comfy bed. Breakfast was really good, with a brilliant view over the city. An inspiring way to start a day of sightseeing. Extra thanks for the vegan milk option, which I appreciated.
The hotel team are amazing. A special thank-you to Aline for a very warm welcome when we arrived at midnight, and to Gabriel for lovely conversation and for sharing fun travel tips and information whilst we were there. Everybody working in the hotel is so friendly and kind. It made our stay even more wonderful.
We will definitely return. Thanks everybody - I'm missing Lisbon already!

We enjoyed pretty much everything. Lovely, fairly spacious and well decorated room. The weather was horrible and we were glad to have chosen such a nice hotel with good facilities. We got to use the spa and had an excellent spa treatment. Very nice bar with DJ or live music. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately due to weather conditions we could not visit the rooftop bar but look forward to doing so next time. Very friendly and helpful staff. We
