Excellent staff, very friendly and efficient (both reception and restaurant). The interior design is exceptional and creates a chilled, cozy vibe. The garden area is fantastic and could be better promoted to hotel guests. Breakfast is good.

The Hotel Spot was in an excellent location for our 3 night stay in Porto with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance. Continental breakfast was good with lovely selection of pastries. Our Superior Master suite (room 101) was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. Able to prepare a light dinner with kitchen facilities between sightseeing which helped maximise our time sightseeing and budget. Lots of shops and nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
