Loved everything about it! Good location (it’s around a 35-minute walk away from Chiado). It’s really discrete and peaceful, room was spacious and comfy. Property is beautiful and breakfast was good. Big thank you to Fernanda and Gabriel who were exceptional!

Breakfast excellent Room good Staff excellence

location was great for most attractions and transport. Room was great, very spacious, good housekeeping and the front desk couldn’t be more helpful. breakfast was excellent

It was perfect! we've had stayed there 3 and 1 days in this hotel (on our way to and from Madeira i) in 2 different rooms of the 'smaller' type. One was a bit smaller with a balcony, another a bit larger, but both were great. 1) location is the most convenient! everything is in walking distance, including that beautiful church with night light shows and city view points. The best coffee is in "the coffee" literally 2 mins away. uber from airport is just 10-15$ 2) personnel was very friendly and happy. Moreover, on our second stay they even arranged a nice "welcome back" surprise. it was incredibly sweet. 3) rooms are quite convenient, although not quite conventional. there is a mini-bar and a kettle and respective utensils. Bathrooms were fine, but in one of our rooms the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed, so we had to either keep it closed manually or wave our privacy. 4) breakfasts are great! there's a nice enough variety of eggs, pastries, veggies, cold cuts + you can order an egg to your taste to have is hot. there's even a prosecco for breakfast. Breakfast area is great with open terrace and fantastic view of the city. Just don't leave food on the terrace - seagulls are real bandits there :) and do try croissants there! coffee is from a capsule machine though. 5) you can have dinner at the same restaurant that serves breakfast, and it's somewhat pricey but the food is EXCELLENT! 6) it was really quiet!! they do know the soundproofing!
