An affordable (for Evora) place to stay. Basic rooms are small but met our needs - comfortable bed, good shower, AC. Parking in the basement garage was extra but nice, however it is for small cars only. It's a "budget" hotel, so earplugs are recommended.

The location is fantastic, situated right behind Evora Cathedral and the Roman temple ruin, which is great for sightseeing and also within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The main town square is about a 5-10min walk from the hotel. The hotel is very old and very characteristic to the area. The room was very spacious (superior double) and had a sitting area. The shower was walk-in and all toiletries supplied. The breakfast was great and had plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly and very willing to help with any queries. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel is centrally located in the historic town within easy walking distance to all the main sights including the Roman Temple, Chapel of bones and fortress like Cathedral. The Hotel had a museum feel to it with many common rooms and period furnishings..
Staff was very helpful and accommodating and the buffet style breakfast was varied and plentiful.

We love this hotel. This was our second time staying there, and we will come back again. It's in a great location inside the city walls and an easy walk to the central square, the cathedral, and the Chapel of Bones. The hotel has beautiful grounds and a pool, which we look forward to using when we return at a warmer time of year. The staff is incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's an easy walk to a number of great restaurants.
A beautiful building inside the city walls. There's a terrace for sitting and where you can take breakfast. The room we had was very comfortable and spacious. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the centre of town and there are numerous buildings of interest including Roman remains and churches and the chapel of bones.
The location is south of the main tourist destinations, but Sao Francisco and Chapel of Bones is nearby and others are within easy walking distance. Three or four excellent restaurants are within a block. The neighborhood is quiet, and the bus station less than a kilometer away.
very comfortable room, well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace for breakfast with view of San Francisco church and chapel of bones and square , use of washing machine was really handy.
Great location just vis-a-vis Chapel of Bones, with lots of restaurants nearby. Because of the pandemics the restaurants underneath closed at 11pm or so, so it wasn't noisy. Anabela was nice and accommodating and left us a fridge packed with eggs, jam and butter for breakfast.
