Really friendly and helpful staff, answered all our questions, we could leave luggage after check-out. Great breakfast with all that you need to fully enjoy the morning. Superb location - walking distance from the train station (manageable with bigger luggage even) and Wieliczka Salt Mine.

Great location, just 1+ km from Wieliczka salt mines. Loved the fact that you are not stranded in hotel room, rather have a beautiful garden to relax in right outside the room. There are plenty of tables in the garden, beautifully landscaped and lit. Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled and fried eggs, boiled and fried sausages, vegetables, breads, pancakes etc. Great parking, steps away from rooms.
What a fantastic place this is. Super clean and modern. Great location - krakow is just 20 minutes away. Wieliczka salt mine is just around the corner. There are so many places in the town that serve great food. And the hospitality of the owner is first class.

Everything so lovely, clean 100%, bad comfortable, bad -clothes and all rooms smell cleanliness. All details in the rooms combinate with each other. Natural flowers on the table look so cozy. Bottels of watter and sweets for each. Wieliczka salt mine just 7 minute for a walk. So calm place.Safety car parking. I'd like to say, see U next time Kopalnia Snow.
The standard room is huge and very relaxing with the plush carpets and designer interior. The breakfast is very varied. There is a fantastic relaxation room where one can play games or sit and read. It is also within a comfortable walking distance, even for children, from the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Ample parking is for free. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel.
