I visited the Warsaw Uprising museum on a Sunday and the entrance was free. This meant I had to wait in line for more than an hour, and inside the place was crowded.
Warsaw Uprising Museum is free on Sundays, but very crowded. It might be best to visit on Saturday and pay admission fee.
