There is a beautiful pond with lots of birds and ducks, ample parking free and toilets at the carpark. The accessible toilet was nice and clean. It is lovely to walk there, cross the bridge and have something nice at the cafe.

Great Thai restaurant across the road and next to Hagley Park for an easy stroll.
Location, close enough to walk to town, Hagley Park and local shopping centre. Our unit had been recently renovated. The bathroom was excellent and everything had been thought of. Helpfulness of hosts.

The apartment was clean, well appointed, spacious and in a great location opposite Hagley Park. The gated entrance and keyless entry made it very straightforward and secure. The communication was nice and clear.
Beautiful hotel. The rooms were lush and comfortable. The staff were all lovely and super helpful with my complicated booking. Very close to some lovely restaurants. And Hagley park walk was lovely, close to the botanical gardens.

Perfect stay with the family, location is absolute killer - around 5 minutes to the gem of the Christchurch - Hagley Park which is perfect for all sort of outdoor activities. Location is also close to the bus stop which is also very convenient if you don't have a car. Around 8 minutes ride to the bus interchange and CBD.
Property was clean and tidy, has everything that is required for comfortable stay.
It was a very last minute stay and we had a pet so we were quite worried about finding a dog friendly place...this was perfect. I highly recommend Tuscana for its managers/owners, cleanliness, facilities and proximity to Hagley park/town etc
