We don’t know much about this hotel as we booked it late in the afternoon through Booking.com and were not advised in advance that the reception closed at 7pm. On arrival at 7.15 we had just received an sms advising us of the closure and giving us an app to connect. It gave us a 'security company' to telephone. That number had an automatic answering system which advised about credit cards being stuck, and similar matters. There was no option to speak to anyone nor to gain hotel access. The hotel also supplied a phone number on a sign at the door. It was the same number.
We moved into another, much more expensive, hotel. And emailed Henry's Hotel.
The following morning, we spoke to the very pleasant receptionist who agreed to try to seek a refund and we have since emailed again. We have had no response from either Henry's Hotel or Booking.com. Our bank has however passed the payment.

Friendly atmosphere, very good service, we were feeling really welcome. Breakfast and evening meals were included. The hotel is situated in the city center at the water front. It is close to railway station.
