The hotel is stylish and comfortable.
The area of the hotel is just lovely, the sea is just a minute away and there is a seaside walking trail (follow the blue trail).
The staff at the reception is super - we spent there 3 nights so we met many of them, all of them were nice and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious. We tried the restaurant as well - their reindeer sandwich is also really delicious.

😃Kitchenware are available. Hope you can put a Kitchen signage because I had a hard time finding the it coz all the doors are similar. And by the way there’s no tissue.
😃Kudos to the 3 receptionists from the time I arrived 18 May till the day i checked out 20 May 2024, they were all accommodating and helpful. They explained me all the places and even recommended restaurants I can explore. I appreciate their assistance. I just want the upper management to take time on this so all their efforts won’t get unnoticed.
We loved our stay at Forneblu! We highly recommend it for the easy access to town (direct bus close to the hotel that took around 25 mins), friendly staff, lovely walks near the water and the most delicious breakfast!

The hotel provided great accommodation, breakfast and service. But the location was isolated with no nearby services, shops or restaurants. If you enjoy the peace and quiet or have your own transport, this may be the hotel for you.
This is a modern hotel, integrated with offices that provide conference / convention services. Excellent location near the fjord waters and convenient for many nearby businesses. Good restaurants at walking distance. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff is very efficient. Hotel is not far from LysAker train station, therefore easy to reach from Oslo airport (will still need a taxy or bus for the last 1.5 km, unless you are travelling without luggage).
Great hotel, many rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Main criticism is that we could not get our room cleaned. we left our door tag for room to be cleaned for 4 days, thinking each day it would be cleaned and it never was once. The room was not cleaned once while we were there, very strange. We did not have odd hours.
superb location, the hotel is surrounded by a park, and there is a beautiful beach just at the back of it, with a possibility of a swim and walks. Just a short bus ride away from the city centre and other attractions, with buses comfortable and regular. Staff were friendly and efficient, offered a good breakfast deal.
Good hotel close to bus stop (100m) and several business facilities. Telenor Arena just across the street. Excelent breakfast is served every morning from 6:30am. Free coffee and more available in the very spacious lobby. Helpfull and frendly staff.
The Staffs were very helpful and sweet, we enjoy our stay and we will be back for sure, we came early and we can check-in without no problem thats was great. Nice and clean rooms and the view was Amazing. Obs the breakfast was the best

It was so nice to stay and better than what I expected. My friend recommended this hotel to me. It was a good location, kind staff and good quality of breakfast as well. I will stay this hotel again when I visit Oslo.
Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Good price for parking cars compared with the rest of Oslo. We also liked to hang out in the lounge in the entrance area where you can have free coffee and a good chat.
Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding. The room was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. One of the most child accommodating hotels we have stayed in! Highly recommend!
Room is very spacious and up-to-date. Looks very new and clean with good view of the park. The hotel is also close to the water and you can go for short walk to get a great view.
Scandic is the best hotel chain. Perhaps a little pricey. But it's worth it. There is always a wheelchair at the entrance. There is always a chair for the disabled.
Location was excellent, if you need to be in that part of Oslo, with a bus stop only a few steps away. Rooms are comfortable, lobby lounge area is inviting.
