I enjoyed an exceptional stay at your hotel.
I didn't realise that breakfast started at 8am on Sunday and I needed to go leave to go to conference at that time. The Chef cooked me my breakfast at 7.30am - I was so grateful and appreciative.
My friend and I were sipping champagne by the fire and the bar waitress came and topped up our ice bucket with ice without us having to ask.
The staff obviously love to work there and it was demonstated on every occasion.

We chose this place for the novelty of staying on a boat, and it lived up to those expectations. Located in an easily accessible suburb across the bay from Amsterdam Central, this hotel is easily accessible by a free ferry that operates every 15-30 minutes, time of day depending. It was meticulously clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The 24/7 access to coffee and tea facilities was also greatly appreciated.

The location in Westerpark is fantastic. You walk out the door into the park, which is perfect for couples or even with a little one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Will be back.
