Excellent service from the moment we stepped through the door. Staff were attentive and helpful at all times. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bilderberg Grand Hotel Wientjes, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish.
The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional. There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to a selection of hot dishes like eggs, bacon, and sausages. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I checked in, I felt valued and well taken care of. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is conveniently situated close to the city center, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer. Despite its central location, the hotel is in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

I had only the time to visit quickly the city center for a dinner. I was raining so we could not appreciate very much, but I am sure that the hystorical part of the city, for what I could have seen, is very interesting and charming. I'll try to visit it again in the future.

I use Zwolle as a stopping point and each year on my way to Assen, I explore a little bit more through the narrow streets within the island. There are some fabulous places to eat and chill, its a lovely place.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and generally the 'noise' from the bar below is manageable and not as bad as we expected. Reception is at the breakfast counter (lvl 2), and we approached the bar counter when reception was empty. They are quick to help us with our check-in process.
Located in the city center was convenient as well, maybe 15-20 minutes walk from nearest station.
Breakfast was simple and great (croissants/bread/ham/cheese/yoghurt/milk/orange juice/spreads/boiled eggs)
Great location. The parking is about 200m away, but it worked well in a town that has very little parking. But the parking deck was locked up by the time we finished dinner and went to fetch our baggage.
The seven hotel rooms are brand new — opened in June 2023. They did a fantastic job on the upfit. Beds comfortable. Bathroom was great. Large tub out in the room. All was very comfortable! Staff was very friendly — as is everyone in Zwolle!
We knew of course the hotel was right in the middle of town, but were not prepared for all the noise from the cafes and the market (the next morning). We came by bike and parked our bikes at the free facility next to the hotel, which however only has supervision until 21.30hrs. After 23.00hrs we were allowed to park the bikes inside the hotel. Breakfast came in a box and it was satisfactory. There are many restaurants in the area.
The hotel had a nice lobby, nice restaurant, staff was helpful, short walk into town and next to train station, would have liked if it was on the canal, but just off the main area which turned out to be good and very convenient for my daughter who took the train out from Zwolle. Liked that they had ebikes to rent.
Spacious and comfortable room in a small scaled Hotel-Apartment ajoined a cute little square in the centre of Zwolle.

Perfect in every detail. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful breakfasts with great variety. Hosts are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Bicycles available which is a real bonus. Very close to Zwolle. Supermarket very close by.
Very close to the station, 5 minute walk from the train. The staff is very friendly, efficient and guest orientated. The restaurant on-site is of a wonderful quality, great food served. The bar area is inviting and cosy.
It feels like a quality hotel room, without the bustle of a hotel. There is not much room besides the necessities, but for a good nights rest, who needs exercise space. Walking through lovely Zwolle is enough :-)
Lovely location in the countryside. Really nicely, tastefully furnished with quaint little garden and lots of birds around. Nice bike trip into Zwolle along the dyke, river and canals. Very friendly hosts.
Fantastic apartment hotel in the heart of town. I wish we had longer to stay in Zwolle to fully appreciate all of the amenties. We especially enjoyed the larger shower and coffee making supplies.
