Fantastic location. Really enjoyed watching all the boats in the evening - river trips, rowers etc. Close to city centre but quiet in the evenings. Loved the facilities in the studio - easy to eat there in the evenings if you don’t fancy going out again. Great host - a few nice welcoming things there on arrival - wine, fruit, milk in the fridge etc. Really enjoyed my stay.

The check in went relatively fast, but only after a queue started building and more staff were coming to the front desk to help out. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The entire lobby, restaurant and elevators looked and felt outdated. The bed was ok, as was the rain shower. However the chairs, the desk and the armories were well worn out. The room I had on the 8th floor was also a bit noisy.

Great location, very friendly service, amazing loft room
The location is great. Close to the Beatrix theater and the railway station. Also walking distance from the inner city of Utrecht. Beds are very comfortable and good. Walk-in shower, and clean room.
