My 2nd time staying herr. Book the Club level. The staff was great, esp those at Club Lounge. Very convenient since close to Queensbay Mall and got a decent nasi kandar reataurant just behind the hotel
Room was clean, although maybe not that spacious. Staff was great. Buffet breakfast had a good spread. Mattress and pillows were good.

The quietness, cleanliness and modern look of the room. I love the big comfy sofa bed. The best are the pillows and the mattress. The pillows are soft. We went to Penang to rest from work and got the best rest that we need. The housekeeping is excellent too. And I love they provide drinking water in sealed glass bottles. Good location too, near Queensbay Mall, Balik Pulau and 2nd Bridge.
Good location with plenty of food places and shops to conveniently meet our daily needs. It is only about 5 to 8 minutes drive to Queensbay Mall and Waterfront....
A Good place to stay for family with kids. Big size apartment with nice view of penang bridge & sea. So convenient with variety stores are available on foodpanda as it is near to Queensbay Mall. For Security & car park i give 5 stars (we came with 2 cars). Facilities & furnishings are quite old, but still ok, comfortable for 6 of us & really worth it. BTW, we stayed for 4 days and will be our first choice if we come to Penang again.
