The staff were very friendly, the jacuzzi was clean and breakfast was nice. Everything about the room was perfect, and I really can't compliment the staff enough, they were all incredibly friendly and nice. If ever I was to stay in a hotel in Querétaro, I will absolutely consider this one without a second thought, a first class experience for an amazing price.

Most of things were on par with my expectations. My special thanks go to all the personnel (front desk, cleaning ladies, et al.) for their responsiveness, willingness to help when asked for assistance and trying their best to make my stay as good as it gets. The front desk personnel's capacity to communicate in English was crucial to my stay to make it comfortable.

The hotel location was excellent in Centro Historico de Querétaro. Carlos at the reception make me feel ´home away from home´ while staying in the hotel for 5 weeks, and helping me and could speak good English. Hotel is nicely decorated and rooms are clean.

The rooms and shower feel so spacious, comfortable beds and very clean.
We had breakfast included and it was delicious.
Check-in was fast and minimum time spent at the desk.

The room has a modern touch, everything is new and looks attractive. We enjoyed our stay, there was air-conditioning and a good screen to entertain us Our room had an iron table, an iron and.a.safe. We also had a personalized welcome card on the bed upon our arrival.

This is an amazing, well-thought, comfortable and romantic boutique hotel that will be the delight of couples everywhere. It’s a bit pricey, especially if you reserve the king suite, but it’s worth every penny! The accommodation is great, the furniture is cozy and stylish, the bathroom makes you feel like you’re at the spa.
The location is unbeatable if you want to visit the many restaurant and night places in Querétaro.
