This was heaven on earth. There is no way you can be more on the beach than here. We had the apartment with kitchen on the ground floor. There was a big terrace with chairs. We had our own loungers. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well appointed. People were super friendly. The restaurant was really nice. The beach itself is stunning. It’s so beautiful and clean. I’m so glad we stayed three nights.

This hotel is a 10 min walk from the Main Street. Although it’s not in the middle of town, with stunning location with beautiful views of the beach, and the hills covered by jungle, this hotel really makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The pool is great and has beautiful views. It many hotels in the area have a pool, and it’s such a great feature to relax after the beach. The facilities feature a lot of flowering plants, so you constantly see tropical birds and butterflies, even hummingbirds. The on-site restaurant is excellent. The parking is convenient. The rooms are very spacious, stylish and comfortable, and even though there’s no AC they are fully equipped with mosquito nets. The staff was friendly and very helpful, we had an issue the last night and they helped us find a great solution.

The food was AMAZING !! The Staff were amazing !! Olivia was amazing on the front desk and was so helpful and friendly she went above and beyond, making our stay comfortable, helping us rent scooters! The whole team there was just wonderful, Hasus was an amazing server and made the best coffee, The cleaning ladies were so kind and did such a great job!
The resort itself is stunning and right on the beach. Highly recommend and would stay there again 10/10

The location is absolutely excellent, with stairs right down to one end of Mazunte beach. Restaurants and shops all walking distance. The staff are very kind and accommodating and lent us towels after we checked out so we could still enjoy the beach.
It's a fantastic place to stay, and I am super happy we chose it. We enjoyed this stay a lot! The location is excellent, close to the main street, Mazunte beaches, public transport stops, turtle museum, hiking routes etc. It's super close if you want to go to Ventinilla Beach or San Agustinillo, Zipolite or even Puerto Angel. And the host was very helpful, supportive, the apartment has everything you need for your daily living. I hope we will come back here!
Absolutely loved my stay at Ivanna Hostel! Kept staying longer and ended up there for nearly 2 weeks. The staff were lovely, such a nice relaxed vibe. Nice kitchen, bunk beds with fans, lots of hammocks in different areas to chill out or have some drinks. Lots of nice cats and a little dog. Made lots of friends there. Perfect location between Mazunte beach/ beach road and mermajita beach for sunset. If you really hate hills it might not be for you as it is up a short hill.

The view from the hotel terrace and from the upper rooms is breathtaking with a nice sight on the sunrise over the sea in front of mazunte beach.
The infrastructure is higher than usual in this area (e.g. warm water in shower).
Rooms are cleaned everyday by the hotel employees.
The location is superb being right in the middle of Rinconcito and a few minutes walk to Mazunte Beach as well as minutes from all the restaurants and bars. There is a little tienda literally across the street too!
Room is very large with 3 different beds of which the largest is only a double however.
Full kitchenette available for usage.
I had a scooter rented and was allowed to bring it in and park inside the hotel grounds to keep it safe and secure which I thought was very nice!
The hotel is beautiful. The pool, the room and the whole setting was even more beautiful then we expected! We enjoyed lounging by the pool and walking the beach. The staff were exceptional. Very clean and nice to be a 5 min walk away from Mazunte beach where all the action is, yet set back on our own quiet beach.
